Didn't I say those lights might be flying saucers coming in for a landing? And soon we'll have the mobsters in fedoras driving slowly up and down Scarlet Street and the crypts disgorging the undead and the zombies staggering around and ghosts twittering from the attics and a shady lady leaning against the lamp post on the corner and spies prowling and banshees howling -- wow, cool! Can't wait!

No. 55 is sold out in my local stores, but hey, it's the current issue: useful when somebody asks what I've got in print right now, since the other writing I'm doing at the moment is long-term stuff and, worse, I'm writing on speculation now. Writing on assignment for Scarlet Street has spoiled me rotten....

People can just post what they have been up to, how their day was, what is going on, what is on their mind, etc... the plus side might be that it is easier to reply and interact in this format than it would be in a regular blog.

If oyu have CONTACT INFO(a name, phone number, email,etc ) for a company who might do well with an ad for SCARLET STREET, please feel free to forward the info to me. Many people kindly sent me names of companies, but no info as to where they are, what they sell, and how to contact them.
