Back in 2006, I had re-upped on my subscription to S.S., receiving the last issue, which included among other fine articles, the Susan Gordon interview. My query is this: Since I had only received one or two (at most) issues of the magazine, before it ceased publication, will the powers that be, just continue sending me the new Metamorphosis of Scarlet Street when that comes out?

Posts: 25166 Mar 19 08 1:40 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Lawrence, When Kevin & Ken & Arlene & myself started on what has become SCARLET: THE FILM MAGAZINE, it was our desire to honor SCARLET STREET's subscriptions, However legal concerns conspired against us. SCARLET is - of necessity - a completely new business venture with no affiliation to SCARLET STREET. We certainly do not have the money that was paid for those subscriptions, so honoring them would be a finacial drain on us even if we had access to SS' subscription lists - which we do not. Kevin has posted here several times that we will supply a complimentary copy of the new publication to anyone who alerts us that they had a subscription to SS & they can decide if they want to support the new venture. This is not how we initially hoped to handle things, but certain decisions simply were not ours to make as it turned out. The Mysterious Mr. Long
