UBIQUITY DISTRIBUTORS is distributing us nationally, but unless someone let's us know here, we do not know what stores are carrying us.As people let us know, we will post here on the boards.

I liked the dignified presentation of this article. Publishing it was one of the best tributes to him, since one of the major things he wanted to do with his life was to communicate. And he did it...

I can't be glib when talking about Forry. If you guys thought Forry made you feel you were "oK'- think for a moment about what he meant to a gal who lived and breathed horror- the pages of FM were always my safe haven.

He also shaped my world-view... helped to make me the flaming liberal that I am. Veering off topic here, so I will now depart.

But so happy that you enjoyed the latest issue. Back on topic!

Y'know the fact that you guys didn't advertise it as Forry's final was something for me that really made it all that more sweet to read. Those who would really appreciate his final work know that it was probably his final work, but reading it without pointing that out kinda made it all the more "Forry". I'm sure he'd want the show to go on, and here it did even as he moved on from his earthly existence. Grand job guys!!! Also, I realize I'd mentioned...

Forry's work in FM kept me going as a child .My love of monsters was considered somewhat oddball ,until I discovered the mag(kudos to Jim Warren for putting Forry & the mag together) . Through it I also discovered my love for puns(much to thechagrin of those around me) and Forry's quiet stand against smoking and Viet Nam shaped my views as well.

I have discovered a career as a writer and as an actor thanks to that quiet influence ,and it was an honor to work on magazines...

Apologies, you guys, for not responding earlier. It may not sound so good that I took so long to get through "Scarlet The Film Magazine" #2 but you must know I enjoyed it very much.
To me it's like good food. When I like something I'll eat it fast but when I really like something, I go very slow!

I received issue 2 a few weeks back and have not had time to read it.. I did like the articles and layout, just need to find some time to sit down and enjoy it. A major selling point for this issue is that this could be the final article written by Forrest J. Ackerman and if true, would make this a valuable collector's item. I look forward to issue 3.

I just got off the phone with UBIQUITY DISTRIBUTORS ,who will be carrying SCARLET on Newsstands starting with issue #2 /

UBIQUITY distributes magazines like SCREEM,and used to also handle SCARLET STREET, so we are happy to make a deal with them .

Other distributors are still discussing with us.
